As of increasing social development, view and living habits the number of vehicle owners and driver license holders increased drastically. Considering last 5 years, the number of new drivers has constantly increased in the developing countries.
However traffic accident survey indicates that developing countries have increasing number of traffic accidents.
By learning from statistics and surveys, studying the accident reason potentially and taking counter measures become one of the urgent issues. As we see from the world experience that collecting data and summarizing it for the survey is a difficult work in today’s situation of high centralized population and high rate of traffic violation and accident.
Based upon on many years of experiences and knowledge of E-Imperium and E-Imperium worldwide partners, we have developed database system newly with purpose to automate the violation and accident registration procedure. With help of modern technique and technology, the system is dedicated to upgrade the registration of traffic violation and accident reporting in state level, monitoring and producing information and survey.

Causa with Accident Management System is a fully automatic system dedicated to register, resolve and monitor all violations and accidents with dedicated mobile and local stations.
The system has the structure to register all facts about violation and plus accident information with date and time, manage and monitor all procedure of the case from start up until complete decision is made.
Basic purpose of any information system is to establish the cooperation and connection between system users. We followed such principle and when setting up system infrastructure we provided the opportunity to register not only violation and accidents but also taken measures, imposed penalty and punishment.
In the system, each personnel from the government organization can be provided with required information related to his/her work.
Law Enforcement and Fine System tightly operates in connection with Perma, (Driver Licensing System) and Coop (Vehicle Registration System) to obtain real data of the vehicle and driver, which are made accident. However the system provides the personnel of inspection organization by all necessary information. Additionally, by using Accident management system of the Causa the personnel of inspection organization can input more detailed information of the accident occurrence and exact condition of the accident situation, such as weather, road type, location, environment visibility and etc…
The system registers and monitors the violation and accidents and also suitable to enter fine amount and produce a report summarizing fine totals and other statistical data. Basing on the collected data you can manage the process of work, monitor each case of violation and its decision, compile statistical data and analyze it.
Software, one of the immutable parts of the system, is compatible to insert, find and process data and user interface can bet set to local language.
